操作PK6524型德國(guó)(guo)IFM壓力開(kāi)(kai)關(guān)的(de)3個(gè)(ge)方(fang)法:
1.設(shè)置控(kong)制壓(ya)力的方(fang)法
(1)短(duan)按(an)(ON/OFF)運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)鍵,關(guān)閉運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)指示燈(deng),壓(ya)力控(kong)制系(xi)統(tǒng)關(guān)閉。
(2)設(shè)置控(kong)制上(shang)限/下限
短(duan)按(an)SET鍵1次,進(jìn)(jin)入下限設(shè)置狀(zhuang)態(tài)(對(duì)應(yīng)下限指示燈(deng)亮(liang)),通過(guò)(guo)(▲)(▼)設(shè)置數(shù)(shu)值,設(shè)置下(xia)限完(wan)成(cheng)後,短(duan)按(an)SET鍵進(jìn)(jin)入上(shang)限設(shè)置,設(shè)置方(fang)法同上(shang)。
(3)設(shè)置完(wan)成(cheng)後,按SET鍵將設(shè)定(ding)值自(zi)動(dòng)(dong)存(cun)入電腦(nao)芯(xin)片(參數(shù)修改後,5秒鐘(zhong)內(nèi)(nei)無(wú)按(an)鍵操作會(huì)自(zi)動(dòng)(dong)保存(cun)當(dāng)前參(can)數(shù)(shu)設(shè)置)。
(4)再(zai)次按(an)(ON/OFF)運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)鍵(對(duì)應(yīng)運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)指示燈(deng)亮(liang)),電機(jī)(ji)開(kāi)(kai)始(shi)工作。
2.單(dan)位(wei)切換(huan)方(fang)法:短(duan)按(an)(ON/OFF)運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)鍵,關(guān)閉運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)指示燈(deng),短(duan)按(an)增加(jia)鍵(▲)可以將(jiang)單(dan)位(wei)在MPa、Kg/cm、PSI之(zhi)間任(ren)意切換(huan)。設(shè)置完(wan)成(cheng)後開(kāi)(kai)啟運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)指示燈(deng)。
3.零(ling)位(wei)清零功(gong)能(neng):短(duan)按(an)(ON/OFF)運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)鍵,關(guān)閉運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)指示燈(deng),長(zhǎng)(chang)按減(jian)小(xiao)鍵(▼)5秒可(ke)以將(jiang)當(dāng)前壓力值清零,修(xiu)正零(ling)位(wei)誤差(cha)。設(shè)置完(wan)成(cheng)後開(kāi)(kai)啟運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)指示燈(deng)。(使用(yong)此(ci)功(gong)能(neng)時(shí)壓(ya)力開(kāi)(kai)關(guān)不得施(shi)加(jia)壓(ya)力。)
系(xi)統(tǒng)功能(neng)模式(shi)
長(zhǎng)(chang)按SET鍵3秒鐘(zhong)進(jìn)(jin)入系(xi)統(tǒng)設(shè)置,然(ran)後短(duan)按(an)SET鍵依次(ci)顯(xian)示(shi)以下(xia)功能(neng)模式(shi)。
所(suo)有功(gong)能(neng)模式(shi)設(shè)置完(wan)成(cheng)後,按(ON/OFF)運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)鍵將設(shè)定(ding)值自(zi)動(dòng)(dong)存(cun)入電腦(nao)芯(xin)片。
德國(guó)(guo)IFM壓力開(kāi)(kai)關(guān)主(zhu)要(yao)類(lei)別包(bao)括常(chang)開(kāi)(kai)式(shi)和(he)常(chang)閉式(shi)。主要(yao)特(te)點(diǎn)(dian)是:
1、采(cai)用(yong)英(ying)制(zhi)管(guan)螺(luo)紋(wen)快(kuai)速(su)接頭(tou)或(huo)銅管(guan)焊(han)接式(shi)安裝(zhuang)結(jié)(jie)構(gòu)(gou),安裝靈(ling)活(huo),使用(yong)方(fang)便(bian),無(wú)需特(te)殊(shu)的(de)安(an)裝(zhuang)固定(ding)。
2、插片式(shi)導(dǎo)(dao)線(xian)式(shi)連接方(fang)可供(gong)用(yong)戶任(ren)意選定(ding)。
3、密封(feng)式(shi)不銹鋼感應(yīng)器(qi)安(an)全(quan)可(ke)靠(kao)。
4、壓力範(fàn)圍內(nèi)(nei)可(ke)根(gen)據(jù)用(yong)戶任(ren)意選定(ding)的壓力值進(jìn)(jin)行制(zhi)造。
